Terms & Conditions:
- Available only for M Card members.
- To redeem, use the M Card app to generate an E-Coupon for the promotion and provide the promotion code through Line Black Tie: @blacktielimousine (with the @ symbol at the beginning). You must use the code within 3 days of redemption.
- If you redeem M Points but don't reserve the limousine, the code will be stored in your "M Coupon History" for 3 days. After this, expired codes cannot be refunded.
- Reservations must be made at least 72 hours before travel via Line OA: @blacktielimousine (available from 09:00 - 21:00 daily).
- Provide traveler information (name, date, time, pickup and drop-off locations, and desired vehicle type) along with the promo code to receive the service (1 code per booking). The code expires within 3 days.
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS.
- Airport transfers are available within Bangkok and the surrounding areas, to and from Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi airports only.
- The listed price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, parking, and toll fees for one vehicle and excludes VAT (7%).
For pickups at airports (Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi):
- Customers must meet the driver at the agreed location within 90 minutes from the scheduled time. If the time is exceeded, an additional charge of 535 THB per hour will apply starting from the 91st minute.
For pickups from accommodation:
Customers must meet the driver at the agreed location within 30 minutes from the scheduled time. If the time is exceeded, an additional charge of 535 THB per hour will apply starting from the 31st minute.
For changes or cancellations, please inform at least 24 hours in advance. If the customer does not show up at the scheduled time, it will be considered a "No Show" and the service will be canceled without compensation.
The service provider reserves the right to change the vehicle type, depending on service demand at that time.
Additional charges may apply for extra services, and the provider reserves the right to charge these directly to the customer.
The service cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of refund.
The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
If M Card members do not use the redeemed service, no compensation will be provided.
