- This special offer is only for M Card members.
- Customers can exchange 17,200 points by creating an E-Coupon through the M Card app to receive this promotion. The promo code should be provided through Line Black Tie: @blacktielimousine (make sure to include “@” before the handle). The promo code must be used within 3 days after redemption.
- After redeeming the M Points, if no limousine booking is made, the promo code will be saved in the “M Coupon History” for 3 days.
- Expired codes cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- A reservation for the limousine service must be made at least 72 hours in advance through Line OA: @blacktielimousine (including “@”). The service hours are from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
- Customers must fill out or provide travel details such as the date, time, pickup and drop-off locations, and type of vehicle required, along with the promo code received through the M Card app to the admin to redeem the offer (1 code/1 booking). The code expires within 3 days.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
- Expired codes cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Airport transfer services are available within the Bangkok metropolitan area and to Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi Airports only.
- The mentioned price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, parking, and toll fees. The price is per vehicle and does not include 7% VAT.
- For pick-up from Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang airports, customers must meet the driver at the agreed location within 90 minutes of the scheduled time. If the customer wishes to extend the waiting time, there will be an additional charge of 535 THB per hour (starting from the 91st minute onwards).
- For pick-up from hotels, customers must meet the driver at the agreed location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. If the customer wishes to extend the waiting time, there will be an additional charge of 535 THB per hour (starting from the 31st minute onwards).
- If there are changes or cancellations to the trip, please notify at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. If the customer fails to show up at the agreed time, it will be considered a "No Show," and the customer will lose the right to this service.
- The company reserves the right to change the type of vehicle provided to an equivalent one, depending on availability.
- Any additional costs will be charged directly to the customer.
- This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of reimbursement.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice.
- M Card is not responsible for the products and/or services. For any issues or defects, please contact the service provider directly.
