Term and conditions
- Every 500 dtac reward coins can be transfer for 100 M Point via
dtac app only. Customers can choose to redeem 500 coins or 1,000 coins per
redemption, limited to 20,000 quota / month.
- Every 100 M Point can be transfer for 200 dtac reward coins via M
Card app only.
Customers can choose to redeem M Point per redemption, Limited 20,000 M Point per
1 M Card account / Month see the below:
- 100 M Point can be converted to 200 dtac reward coins
- 200 M Point can be converted to 400 dtac reward coins
- 300 M Point can be converted to 600 dtac reward coins
- 400 M Point can be converted to 800 dtac reward coins
- 600 M Point can be converted to 1,200 dtac reward coins
- 700 M Point can be converted to 1,400 dtac reward coins
- 800 M Point can be converted to 1,600 dtac reward coins - Members will earn coins or M Point within 30 minutes after
transaction has been successfully done. (Check coins scores at dtac app or M Point scores at M Card App
- Please verify that the transferee's information is correct before
making a transfer. It is deemed that you agree to transfer the points every
time the transaction is confirmed and it is deemed that the transfer of points
is completed without being able to change, amend, cancel or refund in cash
later in any case.
- M Point are valid for 3 years from the date the point is successfully
logged in.The company will deduct the expired points on December 31st of every
year.
- dtac reward coins have an expiration date which is December 31st of
every year, e.g. points transfer dates are February 2nd, August 16th and
December 20th, all coins expire on December 31st of the same year.
- This privilege is for dtac customers both individual prepaid and
postpaid only (excluded corporate, SME) under term and conditions. Customers
use dtac application version 10.3 or above.
- The service provider reserves the right to collect, to use and to
disclose personal information of members to the related companies for the
purpose of transferring the reward points between each other.
